Many times I have heard disparaging comments made about the flight crews of airlines. (I could only do their job if I was allowed to carry a Taser and Brass Nuckles. I have seen the way many of the passengers treat them.) While I'm sure this crew will be repaid by their ariline is was still a nice move, what I would consider "Service above and beyond" (And I'm sure there are one or two passengers that complained this the freebies weren't to their standards.)

I've always liked Southwest. They're a consistently good airline.

And this story is a great relief after all those awful stories of passengers being delayed and forced to stay on the plane without being allowed to leave to take bathroom breaks for hours on end!

This story makes me likely to choose Southwest next time I book a flight.

I'd be interested to know what "an Administrative Technician" is or does.

Actually, the title was developed after there were some problems with the original title. Both the press and the holder of the original title disliked said title. So, 'Bullshitter' became 'Administrative Technician.'

Feelgood stuff like that does win folks over, even if they took a left turn by accident.

"Oh, steward, I distinctly said I wanted pepperoni and this is sausage, and I ordered Pepsi and this is Coke. I'm never flying Southwest again." :D

I'm sure there were a person or two who said this.

Peanuts anyone?
