By your own admission Trump has been shot down numerous times on claims the election was stolen, so why in the world would any judge entertain or allow something that has been proven false over and over? I think what will happen is Trump's legal team will try to bring it in by order of the donald and the judge will disallow it on grounds it isn't relevant AND that it has been litigated before and found to be groundless.
