For the past two and a half years Donald Trump has tried in innumerable ways to challenge the validity of the 2020 election in Federal Court to no avail. Every attempt on his part, and the part of his supporters, were basically thrown out of court.

Now comes Jack Smith, Special Prosecutor, and the most recent indictment of Trump filed in the Federal District Court of the District of Columbia. Whether Mr. Smith Esq. knows it or not he’s just handed Pres. Trump his day in court re. the 2020 election on a silver platter.

Trump Indictment

Donald Trump will now have the ability to issue subpoenas, conduct interviews, and exercise his right to discovery. In short do everything he’s wanted to do for the past two and a half years without success. It seems to me that Mr. Smith Esq. along with his staff and advisors has not thought the consequences of his indictment through.

Jesus H Christ Ish. They can "issue subpoenas, conduct interviews and exercise his right to discovery" until the cows come home. It isn't going to show anything more than what they have been able to dig up since the election, N-O-T-H-I-N-G!
The reason each and every challenge to the validity of the election Trump tried got thrown out of court is THEY HAD NO PROOF IT WASN'T VALID!
His cases were thrown out by liberal AND conservative judges, which shows it wasn't some sort of "liberal bias" only that he had no grounds to bring them in the first place. And it isn't going to delay anything either. The process is started. Trump will face the music and pay the piper for the dance he has been doing for years. I know he doesn't like to pay any body, but this time he will.

So by indicting the asshole, somehow this engages his superpowers.

Lmao...quit sucking the trump cock...it's infecting your brain
You've truly exposed yourself as a moron here.

I've made NO statements as to the merits of the case brought against Trump, none. Nor have I made any comment as to the validity of the claims made in the indictment. I am addressing the consequences of the indictment PRIOR to these allegations ever coming to trial. You, on the other hand, unable to divorce facts from your own tunnel visioned partisan view, make unfounded assumptions about me, and as your posting history indicates, anyone else that you happen to disagree with.

I have merely pointed out that this indictment is the beginning of a process that is going to unfold over months. And that as the accused Donald Trump has certain rights that he can exercise in his own defense. Extending that right to defense forward Trump is going to have the opportunity to litigate the results of the 2020 election in open court and in that regard I have no expectation that he will 'overturn' the election. All he had to do is create doubt. And if you think the nation is divided now, you ain't seen nothing yet.

The rapey, racist, misogynistic, corrupt orange traitor has got them right where they want the POS.

You said by indicting him, it gives him strength.

The indictment isn't the instigator of any support....the stupidness of his cult is the support.

ISH: "Donald Trump has always had the peanut butter and wafers, but now that Jack Smith has essentially delivered the chocolate, Trump will now have the ability to make Reese's Pieces, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Kit Kat bars at will on Willy Wonka-esque levels. It smells to me that Mr. Smith Esq. along with his staff and advisors has not thought the refined-sugared consequences of his confections through."

You have no expectations? But my dear Ish you definitely insinuated you do, here:
Whether Mr. Smith Esq. knows it or not he’s just handed Pres. Trump his day in court re. the 2020 election on a silver platter.
By your own admission Trump has been shot down numerous times on claims the election was stolen, so why in the world would any judge entertain or allow something that has been proven false over and over? I think what will happen is Trump's legal team will try to bring it in by order of the donald and the judge will disallow it on grounds it isn't relevant AND that it has been litigated before and found to be groundless. Perhaps you might want to try another tack, 'cause the wind is against you on this one.

Sidney “Leopard Cardigan” Powell didn’t have the goods. Mike “Pillow” Lindell didn’t have the goods. Tina “Truth Rally” Peters didn’t have the goods. The Cyber Ninjas didn’t have the goods. Rudy “Two Wristwatches” Giuliani didn’t even have the goods.

What makes anybody think that Trump will have the goods?

Bwahaha! Good. Let him. The electing wasn't stolen.

I can't wait to see him call Giuliani, Lin Wood, Eastman and Sidney Powell to the stand.

Hahaha

Again an opinion. Fine, but opinions generally turn out to be quite different from reality.

To be clear, what I said is that this particular indictment has given him the platform that he has been seeking, and denied, for two and a half years. And this most recent reply of yours indicates that you just can't quite overcome your tunnel vision.

But none of those listed were certified “stable geniuses”.

Just wait til the smartest horse on the planet has his day in court.

You just nullified your thread.

It seems to me that Mr. Smith Esq. along with his staff and advisors has not thought the consequences of his indictment through.

At what point - and how - were you convinced that you were actually intelligent? This take is incredibly stupid, even for you. 🤔

It'll be a great day for Trump when he finally gets the chance to tell America why he told Pence to be less honest about the election.

He's had the platform all along. But yes, he enjoys it.

You mention Trump and the brains click off and the emotions take over, but then again that is the Hallmark of current Democrat politics – appeals to the emotion.

I do think that you are correct in your assessment that this was a tactical error.

Trump hate clicks brains off and causes drunken celebrations
and the election of The Walking Dead and
his Puppet Masters...

I need to put on some Metallica and watch the news with the sound off.

You have an aneurysm whenever someone "on the Left" makes a thread about trump. But your fellow trumper made this one yet you still blame "the Left." How on hypocritical brand for you. 🙄

Black is your least favorite Metallica album. 🤣
