Does anybody really read all these multi-part posts? How many ways can a writer tell about fucking somebody -- or several somebodies -- before it gets boring?

Encourage them to stop after the first two or three installments by not voting or by giving them low scores.

Some multipart stories are really excellent. Genie Chronicles and The Solitary Arrow (one of the Feldare Tales) come to mind. Usually the best multi-part stories have some sort of story to avoid the repetition you're complaining about. However, some such stories have no real plot and still work pretty well. While I can think of such stories which I enjoyed, I am not able to think of any with consistently high votes.

I'm not aware of any good multi-part stroke stories (my dick is close to impossible to please with erotic fiction anyways).

multi part sories rock!

I enjoy multi part stories and keep looking for the updates. It takes a great author to keep it interesting, but there are many of you out here that have encouraged me to submit what is in my head. My first submission is comming soon.

Series

two of my characters have done it over 100 times, i'm told by somebody who needs more of a life for themselves, and she found the last one better than the first.

A series is fine. Besides it is wrong to punish someone with low scores for anything other than bad writing. Not because you feel that part four is too much. Now if they are just going in a circle it will get boring. Boring is bad writing.

approximately 6 MsWord pages equal a Lit page.....

3-4 Lit pages is more than most people can read at one sitting on a computer screen

Some stories take more room than others to come full circle.....

Other than the novel/novella cat a series makes a lot of sense.....

My three cents worth.....

That's also important to take into acount when you write, how lon gsomebody is going to want to sit before taking a break. I quite often find myself trying to cut something short for that exact reason.
