This was years ago. I can't even remember whether or not it was good! Basically, the premise was that a human woman was adopted by these four aliens. I think they were brothers. She is their pet (or something along those lines) but eventually grows to love them. I believe she then gets pregnant with a part alien baby. I think this gives her temporary abilities of some kind. This part is fuzzy but I think maybe the brothers have some sort of psychic bond and her being pregnant with their child loops her in? From there I think the story went into concern about how the half human baby will fit into alien society...
