No one should be forced to answer a random PM . It is simply a way to possibly start a conversation with someone you wouldn't ordinarily start up a conversation with.

Sometimes people honestly miss them! I like sending random ones to people on the gb. My last 2 neither of them repiled until the 2nd one.
Boobs are not the magical wand you think they are.
