Semi-disconnect issue....

Hi I appreciate that everyone is giving their time voluntarily but I'd appreciate a helpful comment if possible.

I can connect to chat, I can post, and I can receive replies. But after roughly a couple of minutes I very frequently find that the scroll of messages in a room freezes, if I change room then no messages are displayed and I am cut off from receiving messages.

It's not a full disconnection though because I can still see room lists, who is in a room and looks at profiles. It's quite frustrating. Is there anything I can do about it?

Just because you can see the room list, doesnt mean that you havent been disconnected. The next time that this happens, Try sending Isedora a PM and simply type TEST in the message. If you get a reply, you are not disconnected. If you do NOT get a reply, you have been disconnected.

Yes many thanks. I had in fact read that but don't think my problems quite match this. From other posts I have read here it may be that my problems stem from accessing via an Android phone. But it's odd because even when the content of the chatroom has frozen the "info" list of room joiners and leavers keeps scrolling.

The disconnection frequency has increased for me recently. I will have to try a different device.
