A friend of mine on a non-pervy website got a pedi with her sister. Being silly, she posted pictures of their buffed and polished feet on her blog using flickr. Within hours, she was getting all this traffic to her photo-stream and all these comments (some of them really raunchy!) from total strangers! And lots of friend requests from random strangers.... And a few disturbing requests for specific types of foot photos...
She ended up having to make her photostreams private, and I went right away and made sure my settings barred strangers from seeing my photos! It's not the foot fetishists that I mind, it's the ones who apparently randomly haunt file-sharing sites getting their jollies of some strangers photos and start contacting posters with creepy requests!

Wow! Is that business still going? i answered one of those ads way back when, the the early 90s, when I was in Prodigy and also desperate for money. I followed all the directions to the letter, sent three pairs of panties to the address I'd been given (which was in Lake Worth, FL) and never saw a thin dime. Wasn't that big a deal, all I was out was the price of a packet of cotton panties and the postage, but still, it was very annoying.

It's the other way around now, the money gets sent first and you receive the panties afterwords. With the girl I met up with, she was about my age (she looked to be about 25-28), and she also did some alt modelling as well I found out from our talks. I found her on craigslist one day after I couldn't sleep, decided I would finally take the plunge ... probably because of my lack of sleep, and she gave me the option of either having them mailed to me or meeting up with her to exchange.
Going to exchange, I was nervous, because I wasn't sure if it would be a legitimate transaction, or someone looking to shame/troll another.
I would definitely say your best bet is to mail them out, if you're interested in buying and also if you're interested in selling. But if you meet up in public during the daytime and you both go your seperate ways afterwords, there's absolutely nothing to worry about.

Been there, did that, only would do it online and with a PO Box. Meeting someone is just too dangerous, although I met my spouse online, so there must be exceptions. Get the money first, just like all the big folks like LL Bean and all the other online vendors. Include a discreet picture if you must...

There are a number of websites out there that you can sell off of. Craigslist isn't necessarily what I'd call a last resort, but more of where you would go if you didn't know where else to go.

Now I could really use the $ and of course, when I finally decide to do it Ebay has changed their rules and you can only post clean washed items.

Some have expressed that my size 8-9 undies are way too big for them LOL. I started to wonder if that guy just wanted to wear them

Paypal actually does not allow you to use their services for anything they deem adult. If you do and you get found out, they flag your account and they basically keep the money, so paypal isn't worth the risk for you.
As far as craigslist goes, it all seems to be dependent on the city you live in. I'm in a city that is fairly large and it seems to be tolerated.
Again, there are lots of websites out there that you could sell on, not just paypal. And size 8-9 is not big, those guys are just .. yeah, no, that's perfectly fine
.And also, yeah, some guys DO like to wear them. It all depends.

I'm not sure what the literotica policy is on posting links to outside websites, but the two biggest ones are ebanned and myusedpantystore (a quick google search will bring up the websites)
There's also a "portal" website that some sellers use, usedpantyportal, to advertise their personal websites, and there's also a website set up by sellers to ensure that what they sell is legitimate, called pantytrust.
There are probably many more out there, but a quick google search for those listed are probably going to be your best bets to get started.

In doing a little more of a read up, selling any bodily fluid is considered illegal.
On the other hand, PayPal deeming anything adult against their rules has to be hearsay...Ebay ONLY uses PayPal now, and they have a HUGE adult section. I don't see how they could not allow it.
I'd never advocate doing anything illegal, but at the same time you have to wonder just how often they will search your mail. I think most of the problem would come from customs, if you're just mailing within your own country they'd probably never know. Customs has a tendency to just randomly search boxes and stuff like that.
At the same time, paypal is just..... different, I suppose. I think alertpay allows adult transactions, but every site that caters to the fetish crowd (used panties and whatnot) I don't think takes paypal, just because of their tendency to shut down accounts for anything adult related.
