I never lack self-esteem. Would have to be a 10. There are moments of reflection but never ever do I not have pride in myself.

Some days it's about 0, when the paranoid hallucinations reach a peak I just can't face anybody, other times I get a bit hyper and it goes off the other end of the scale, but mostly it's around 7 or 8.
