vietnam
world war one
world war 2
gulf war
korean war
1812
etc.

none of these wars or fights were over with in under 6 months they must be failures to

Well gee whiz Todd. The clock didn't start on Sept. 11th, It started somewhat later. So the time isn't up.

Victory is NOT defined with the death, or capture, of anyone person. Using that criteria would dictate that World War II is still raging.

al Queda and the taliban are for all intents and purposes neutralized. While there are pockets of resistance, their ability to execute any organized attack has been rendered virtually non existant. And that is the purpose of war. To render your enemy incapable of harming you further.

And who is everyone??? Quote your source Todd. Give us a clue. Seems that at least 80% of the American public disagree with your statement. No small number there.

6 months is not enough time to pass judgement........I believe that this war will last a long time..Ishmael is correct in his assessment.The network has been neutralized for the time being but I believe they have the capability to strike again and will do so when the oppurtunity presents itself..........Seems to me that certain individuals should be neutralizing people on an individual basis............I know its not a popular option....but it is one that would work and would send a definate message..Im sure that it has already been thought of and possibly implemented
