Seeking pompoir information

Hello, all -

I'm cross posting this to a couple of boards in hopes of finding some ideas:


Master has expressed an interest in furthering my training in pompoir. Simply put, it's the art form of gaining control of the pubococcygeal muscle (shortened to PC) for the purpose of being able to enhance vaginal intercourse. I have found lots of sites that reference the practice (tantric, for example, and my old buds at babeland who are among many who sell exercise tools) but haven't been able to locate anything beyond that. There are also lots of porn sites that claim to demonstrate pompoir, but they are fee sites and look fairly typical for that kind of offering.

He's seen references to sex workers who have achieved amazing levels of control, but I'm not sure how to communicate with anyone with any of that kind of experience. I've hit a plateau, I think, with my exercises, (and yes, he's happy with progress thus far...) but would like to go further.

If anyone could share resources, I'd be grateful.

Most literature on Tantric Sex combined with a reasonable knowledge of Kegels will cover this in entirety. There are versions of it practised in folklore Worldwide. Virtually the same techniques. I would be surprised if most woman don't actively practise this to some degree with or without labels. Some tantra positions will enhance control though the exercises to refine technique remain the same.

I am not sure how porn sites would go about demonstrating this outside of some standard of woman on top. So I imagine there is no great loss . I personally am not comfortable with porn sites as a source of information in general.

One decent book on tantra plus the multitude of information you probably have already on kegels will cover Pompoir as I stated earlier. Its really no huge mystery as some aspire to it as being and its a excellent regime of exercise for pelvic floor health in woman whom are sexually active or not.

Not long ago someone stated quite firmly on another thread that every female should do at least 100 kegels a day. Later during my beach trip I decided that doing them while having sex was optimal.

He didn't last for a hundred.

Whee! That was fun cause usually he can go all fucking day and night. Hehehehe!

What I'm searching for is anecdotal information from women who can actually preform the so called, "mare's trick" or to take the kegel type of information a step further. Master believes that there are women in the profession who can effectively "suck" a member into herself (with no propulsion from the male) and expel foreign objects (like ping pong balls) at great force, using nothing except the PC muscles. It's possible that's theatric hooey, but I promised I'd check it out.

It's possible...is all about locating the muscles on an individual basis and working your way up and back down.

This honestly sounds to me like porn wet dreams and urban legend wishes. However I used to think that about deep throating and good anal sex too, so, perhaps it's doable with a shit load of practice and a hellvalot of desire, I don't know. In any case, good luck to you and yours.

If you manage to learn to write letters or do illustrations of Cowboys sure we would love to see them. I for one think learning to blow out candles on a Birthday Cake in this genre may have limited appeal. However to each their own is the saying around these woods.

It's not a myth. I saw a stripper in Vancouver, years ago, Mitsy, who would shoot ping pong balls at least 12 feet. Pretty wild to watch. She was actually a legend around town. lol

There were several "sequels" made with the Emmanuelle name (I think that one of them starred the original actress, Sylvia Krystel) but they were mostly terrible. And yes, it's quite soft porn. Plenty of frontal female nudity but nothing "harder" than that.
