Hello there to everyone.
I think the second request will be either in the Romance or Mature category.
I've tried searching for tags, keywords... But cannot find anything, so asking here, hoping someone could help me.
Anyway, here goes. The story must be over 2 years old.
The story started off with the Main Male Character arriving at his new house (I cannot remember whether it was after a Divorce or his wife had passed away). His new address is located at the coast and has a private dock, or a boathouse and the house is set up from this and is on stilts. He meets the Main Female Character who he knew previously as she was walking across his property and he takes her in as a storm passes through.
