Seeking a creative writer for school fantasy

The basic idea that I have (and have tried writing but can't get to my own liking let alone willing to share) is that of a girl that lives in a community where marriages are arranged by the parents - and when a prospective husband is chosen the girl is sent to a school to be "taught" to be the perfect wife for him. Whether he wants someone to serve him as a housewife, or a sextoy or both it doesn't matter. They are taught to be perfect for that man. I envision the story having multiple chapters maybe with a continuation of the same girls story.. or a time leap to her daughter.. or maybe other girls in her community.. Not sure. I'm not really a writer, but I can get a few good ideas.
Sorry for the confusion.

I remembered this movie as to paralleling the story you want, only a few elements are somewhat different.
One of the ideas in the film focused on the woman being jealous of the attention her master was giving all of his concubines.

After learning the art of seduction, her master was more interested in her, but her lover (also a woman) was jealous of her (catfight).

The children live at home with their parents until they are 14. They are taught housekeeping and ethics in the family. On their 14th birthday, the parents send their children to school. The boys are tested and taught skills like hunting, fishing, fighting, or crafting that will provide for them and an eventual family. The girls are tested and taught skills like sewing and weaving.

The sexual part of their training comes on their 18th birthday. The men are taught how to pleasure women, and the women are taught how to pleasure men. Depending on their desires and aptitude, some of the men and women are taught how to be sexual dominants or submissives and to cater to fetishes.

When the men are 21, they go forth and practice their skills. After establishing themselves for about three years as hunters, warriors, or craftsman, they seek a wife. The parents arrange the marriages based on the temperament and compatibility of the young men and women. If there is love, then the parents take that into account.

Divorce does not exist, but the men and the women can engage in sexual or emotional relations outside of their marriage if desired. Jealousy is unheard of in this community, but it is considered taboo for an adult to try and manipulate another adult, either physically or emotionally.

The story seems to be taking shape.
I just got an idea that goes with this description.

I've noticed that there is a corruption of innocents fetish going around in non consent stories.
That brings me to the Amish piligomy society.

Their prudish beliefs include no sex before marriage or seen by a third party, no sexual activity during work hours or church days, no masturbation before marriage or seen by anyone besides wife or wives.

What if a 19 year old Amish girl, suddenly found herself in an underground "free love" (must have consent, as opposed to today's swingers) society?
Incidentally, Amish girls must wait until 19 before sexual activity takes place, where Amish boys can do it 2 years earlier, but it must be 18 or over for this site.

Actually, I have been playing with writing a story along these lines for quite some time. It's always been a particular perverse fantasy of mine.

Have you ever read The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty series by Anne Rice (under the psuedonym of A. N. Roquelaure)? You might really enjoy the books.

This tends towards the old idea of serial-monogamy-with-duties.

0-18 - Childhood
18-28 - Trainee attached to a designated teacher of the opposite sex.
28-48 - Real Marriage - children, etc. - choose your own mate.
48-58 - Teacher - training an 18-28 in the reality of life, sex, marriage, etc - strictly no children in this phase - pairing by the state.
58+ - Retirement with, or without, the partner of your choice.

This schedule has been changed to fit in with Lit's foibles; originally it was 0-15, 15-30, 30-45, 45-60, and 60+, which made more sense.
