I might suggest that you are looking for someone who is married over someone who is single. A single (younger) man might be more likely to get married and move away or stay in the area but grow distant...
None of this criteria applies to me, though I am at the cusp of your age range, I am just a mook who was born and raised in the city, so that probably marks me ineligible and if not, I wasn't born a redneck, but grew to appreciate them. All of which probably means I am the worst asshole walking down the street!
