Just a thought - Is it the sex in the relationship that is in a rut? Or is it somewhere else? Great sex can't mask a problem elsewhere for long.

The other thought is that it can't be fourth of july fireworks every single time. Contrast and difference is what makes things stand out from each other. So do you have enough variety in your sex?
