3a. This will invariably refer to an online quiz/assessment that you will be encouraged to take.

4. Follow the link.

5. Take the quiz.

6. Post your result(s) in your sigline.

7. Congratulations! You've recognized a mental invalid and also achieved such status.

I'd hazard a guess and say he's a tad annoyed at the sig lines that give us link to quizzes which we are encouraged to take to tell us how slutty/friendly/jedi we are. Or the people who make them.
