Ugh.. I hate the change in weather.. hate winter time .. my body is naturally wanting me to eat more food and put weight on to keep warm.. and I don't want that! Trying to get rid of the extra baggage I have right now :rolleyes:

Hmmm.. maybe if I let you chase me around some more, I could loose a few pounds that way *grins*

lol, dont be to jealous, it has taken us 10 plus years to get this far along for a trip... But never fear, there will be a camera and LOTS of pics, hopefully without cloths!!! :D

It does get so much harder in the winter months, I know if I didn't run so much, my hand to mouth would not support my belt line. :(

Why so confused?? You've mentioned taking out bikes there and going along the trails, taking naughty pics... hope we'll have the chance one day and if not, we'll have plenty of private time on our vacation in Feb :p Enjoy your day VGO :kiss:

It does take time and the resolve to finally make it happen. We are both so excited to see new things and experience a new way to vacation. As for pix, well we will be working on that one I am sure. :D

The scale is a mean and cruel way to watch work out progress. The truest test of fitness and effectiveness is the ability to wear those jeans that you have not gotten on in years, or the way a certain dress fits you. When you notice these things, who cares what the scale says, it means you have trimmed down.

Now as for that time, well I dont have an answer, except its better than the alternative!

Oh believe me, I know
But I had gotten down to 133 before we started the whole house hunting and moving thing .. and I fell off the wagon big time .. so when we finally got situated and all that here and I got my butt back in somewhat gear of working out, I hopped on the scale and I'd gone back up to 140 (and now I'm 143) .. so, yeah... and I could tell by my body that all the toning I'd achieved in the abs area just went bye bye.

I know I'll get back down again once I get on track and stay on track. The dance mat is great for working up a sweat, getting the heart rate up and burning calories (and I've even added holding weights for a few of the songs towards the end of the workout just to make sure my arms get a workout along with the legs) but I need to start making myself do abs everyday as well to build those muscles back up.

I'll get there... eventually :rolleyes:

My morning was off to a good start and the afternoon was great too. We get to work out after work three times a week, so that helps me out. Plus I since I have taken up running then the legs and butt have benefited from all those miles. :)
