Things are good. I'm feeling a lot more rested and relaxed. One person has even commented that I'm not my usual negative self! Imagine that, me negative. LOL

And you're only as old as you think you are. Right now, I think I feel about 45 or so, but maybe after a trip to a chiropractor and/or massage therapist I'll get back down to my 32.
