How are things this morning? Just got done with my last big run before my Half marathon next weekend, 10 miles in 92% humidity, ugh, but i feel great now.

I'm pretty good this morning. I have to go to work for a few hours to finish what I started yesterday. I left really early yesterday with a couple of coworkers to go to our weekly happy hour. I was feeling pretty good by the time I got home from that....until the headache set in!!

Glad it was you and not me doing that 10 miles in 92% humidity!!! I don't think I could've done it, even with an ax murderer chasing me!

I'm pretty good this morning. I have to go to work for a few hours to finish what I started yesterday. I left really early yesterday with a couple of coworkers to go to our weekly happy hour. I was feeling pretty good by the time I got home from that....until the headache set in!!

As for 10 miles, well I have been working up to that, and right now I feel pretty good, should have stretched out a little more, but its still good, guess the new shoes really did help.

New shoes definitely help. Stretching would be good too. I ought to stretch more and maybe I wouldn't have to take to much Advil for my back! Ah well...I ought to go to Virginia just to see my old massage therapist.
