The Trump campaign has released a statement confirming former President Trump is safe. A suspect has reportedly been apprehended. CNN reports that the shooter had a GoPro, suggesting a desire to film the shooting.

Agents opened fire on a man who was at the Trump International Golf Course after they saw what appeared to be a gun according to the NYP.
