I've always thought past records had little predictive value. However, I can see Auburn putting up 40+ easily on UGA's "defense."

I hope Martinez is updating his resume.

We'll see. With the Dawgs looking for redemption this season, I don't the Tigers could stop them from getting four in a row, even if they brought back the combined coaching talent of Tuberville, Bowden, Dye, and hell i will even throw in Bill Oliver for good measure.

I think not....my prediction is Auburn 38 UGA 20

First, nice pic. With beautiful ladies like you and your fellow Auburn compatriot Tasty, I can see why Auburn is known as "the loveliest little village on the plains."
Second, are you expecting the Auburn defense to bow up like never before this season? I can see your offense scoring 38 pts. (b/c Martinez sucks) but the Auburn has only held one team under 20 pts all season and gave up 31 to Furman last weekend. My prediction is Georgia 45 Auburn 35.
Third, I must say this again. I love your pom poms.

What you fail to see is outside of one big play Auburn's defense shut down Ole Miss's offense...and our first string played the first half against Furman and gave up 59 yards offense and a single FG. The second half was all 2nd stringers and walkons...and 14 of their points came on drives of 6 yards and 12 yards when Auburn had turned the ball over in the 2nd half. By the end of the game we had all walkon's and scout team players on defense, guys that have rarely practiced and my never see the field again in an Auburn uniform.

So yeah I think Auburn's defense can hold UGA to that score...AJ Green is gonna catch some passes..but Cox is going to throw a couple to our DB's too..Georgia can't stop our running game...and that will be the difference.

And thanks for the lovely compliments..the pom poms make the picture I think!!

With the emergence of freshmen Washaun Ealey, Rantavious Wooten, Branden Smith, and Orson Charles, Aron White finally stepping out, and the return of AJ Green, I think the Dawgs offense has shown the ability to put up points and can overcome Joe Cox's consistent brain farts. If you are relying on the Tigers run game to gash the Dawgs, I think you are focusing in the wrong place. UGA defensive achilles heel has not been its rush defense but an inability to generate a pass rush and inept performances by its defensive secondary. There is unfortunately a much better chance that Chris Todd has a career day than the Tigers running all over them. I will stick by my prediction.

Any UT fans have any inside info on the "incident" that happened this morning?

I agree with you on most of this..the difference being if Georgia can not generate a pass rush then it will open the running game up even more...Todd has a good day and UGA's LB's have to start respecting the pass much more and then we hit them with the run....it all boils down to Todd..if he has a good day throwing then Ben Tate will have 140+ and a couple of TD's. As for Cox's braind farts....when you throw it to the other team it takes alot of the wind out of your sails so to speak....

It will be a good game...rivalries are always good and close for the most part.

According to ESPN

Safety Janzen Jackson and receiver Nu'Keese Richardson, two of Lane Kiffin's most prized signees from his first recruiting class, were among three Tennessee football players arrested early Thursday morning in Knoxville on charges of attempted armed robbery.

The third player arrested was also a freshman, defensive back Mike Edwards. It was not immediately clear if the players have attorneys.

The driver, a female, was also arrested with drug paraphanalia and a bag of marijuana...

Not So Nice, Auburn girls always get my "brainstems" full attention. Lets hope the Tigers live up to your alluring nickname when they travel to Athens Saturday. WDE!!!

I certainly hope they do!! I'd love to see them beat those 'dawgs...
