Hi everyone! I’m trying to track down a story I read a few years ago. I’ve searched but can’t seem to find it, so I’m hoping someone here recognizes it.

Here’s what I remember:
- The main character is a woman who becomes obsessed with watching her attractive male neighbor exercise, often spying on him through his window while she takes out her trash.
- She also watches him hook up with other women a few times. I can’t remember if it was always the same girl or different girls.
- Eventually, she finds out he’s actually a professional model — I believe she sees him on a billboard, and her gay best friend points it out.
- She’s normally confident in herself and her sexuality, but he is so handsome it makes her doubt herself.
- There’s an apartment fire, and everyone has to evacuate. After the fire, all the tenants are standing on the front lawn — the woman is only wearing a large T-shirt, and the neighbor is only in his boxers.
- The property manager arranges for taxis and prepaid hotel rooms for the displaced tenants.
- The woman and her neighbor share a taxi, and during the ride, she gives him a blowjob, and the taxi driver can see them through the rearview mirror.
- In the hotel room, they hook up. There’s a scene where he has her face the sink so she can watch herself in the mirror.
- She realizes during all of this that he knew she had been watching him all along, because he had positioned a mirror so he could see her watching him through it.
- I believe the story took place in San Francisco, or at least a big city.
