Searching for program

Frustrated, I am. I remember seeing the answer to this posted somewhere here just a day or two ago, but cannot find it now.

I am looking for a free programme to screen a story for multiple uses of the same words. Advice would be appreciated.

I just use Google to get to Word Cloud. There are several different versions on line.
