In both Firefox and Chrome I am getting no response to searches. Firefox returns blank, Chrome returns mostly blank, just saying "Internal Server Errors". If I dig I can get Firefox to say the same thing.

In both cases the search page itself is fine. I can enter any query, select specific categories, date range, results sort, and so on. However when I try to execute the search, nothing.

This started Friday night, maybe Saturday. I just figured it was temporary and/or someone else would report it. But it's still the case this morning.

Is this related to the thread Author Search? Are you talking about Lit seaerches or browser searches? For me, author searches have been down since Saturday.

I've had issues this week where it works one time then completely crashes out another. Its something I've run into occasionally in the past, but have no ideas as to why. In a very similar way, sometimes clicking on a tag does the same thing to me, both browsers that you mentioned. That's been going on for years, while the search issue is rarer and just started effecting me this time very recently.
