Scumbag Traitor Trump Demands Army Political Support

Thank you! I liked the sarcasm myself, too.

Resignation is acceptable, but the 25th is the fastest process if he doesn't. I suppose we could go the impeachment route since he is already familiar with that, but it would take longer. Which is your favorite one?

But what you wrote was just as over the top, more so. Congratulations on a well-scripted piece of pedantry and great sarcasm, as to be right on the cutting edge of having someone believe you. You could write for The Onion. If you need a recommendation for your application, please don't hesitate to let me know. I know a guy there.
Ah!!!! Dripping with sarcasm! The problem is... I WASN'T BEING SARCASTIC.

This wasn't about military recruitment or Joe Biden. You made great efforts to no avail. I'm sorry about your blood pressure readings today.
You did a backdoor comparison using Military.com. Today's military is healing from the incompetent ministrations of our last CiC.

No matter what you think of President Biden, trump will always be a piece of shit traitor who is currently fucking up your freedoms.

Heaven forbid you hold the felon accountable, traitor.
And you'll always be a gullible airhead.

Whatever is happening in the DOD right now, it is no healing process! The Armed Forces are going to be in much worse shape in 2028 than they were in 2024!

And you'll always be a gullible airhead.
You voted for a felon 3 times who was convicted of defrauding you.

That's the epitome of "gullible airhead."

You suffer from enjoy battered wife syndrome.

Simple question to the veterans of the forum- what was your training regarding showing your political affiliation in public forums?

I'll wait.

Oh, Billy Bob, I knew that... just out to get your goat. Some people don't get humor or sarcasm. You realize that you are one of those, right? ;)

I don't recall any training on it. That was almost 70 years ago.

The country is currently a mess. I don't believe Democrats have the stomach to clean it up. And TDS is definitely a thing. :)
I agree with your first sentence. Being correct about one out of three isn't bad for someone in the political forum. ;)

From Psychology Today:
Signs of TDS can be observed along a continuum of reactions, ranging from verbal expressions of intense hostility toward President Trump to overt acts of aggression and even violence against anyone supporting or anything symbolizing him. The recent assassination attempt on Trump’s life provides compelling evidence of the volatility and potential dangers of TDS if left unchecked. :)

You seem to think I made a backdoor comparison by citing Military.com, and that’s fine—but let’s not pretend reality bends to fit the narrative. Today’s military is not recovering from Biden’s leadership—because it didn’t suffer under it. In fact, he left it in a stable condition. The real damage came under the Trump administration. You’re either misinformed or still nursing a case of BDS—Biden Derangement Syndrome. Hard to say, especially with the vague “backdoor” phrasing you tossed in.

This isn’t just about policies. We’re talking about a felon who dodged the draft with imaginary bone spurs, then handed key defense roles to a drunk, thrice-married wife abuser whose main qualification was flattering Fox News hosts. He's spent more time changing forts' names and trying to lie his way out of Congressional investigations than working on taking care of soldiers under his command. Add in the Signal chats where military decisions involved his latest wife and civilian brother—and you’re calling that leadership? Never mind ordering up Marines and National Guard in violation of the Constitution!

If your “backdoor” reference wasn’t just a metaphor, I hope the flare-up isn’t too painful.

Fixed the article's errors for you. If you accept that, then you must accept BDS exists as well.

Is there a part in there that addresses a President calling for harm to anyone that opposes him, or sending a mob on J6 to Congress? How about one who doesn't call off the mob immediately after they chant 'Hang Mike Pence?' Is there anything about a deranged presidential syndrome?

EDIT: From Psychology Today: Many clinicians, political commentators, and members of the public have speculated upon the mental health of President Donald Trump. Indeed, over 70,000 people self-identifying as "mental health professionals" have signed a petition declaring that "Trump is mentally ill and must be removed."

More importantly, is there mention of a cure for either of those syndromes?:)

Are they listed by party affiliation? :)

I have to read thru 4 paragraphs of verbosiosity to find a question. Nobody got time for dat. :)
127 words... but hey, you do you....

You got all damn day and night. I can tell that because you're here morning, noon, and night.

Dodge and weave, to paraphrase an orangutan-colored President. :)

You're avoiding the questions like someone running through a hailstorm seeking shelter. :D

When Military.com is openly criticising the regime, there may be problems. Those guys are somewhere to the right of the drill sergeant in Full Metal Jacket.

Once again you’re entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts. Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan was viewed very negatively by most veterans that served. Biden leaving our troops exposed to Houthis missile attacks, failing to take out the threat angered our combatant commanders. Woke and DEI played havoc on moral but you keep believing Biden didn’t have a negative impact on our military. Special ops retirees went back into Afghanistan on their own to rescue Americans and Afghans special services left behind. But in Biden’s opinion the withdrawal was perfect. Biden was the most incompetent foreign policy president this last century. I won’t even get into his fucked up Iran policy which led to October 7th. Or his feckless approach towards Russia prior to the Ukraine invasion. Biden left office leaving the world burning out of control.

As far as the rest of your TDS banter, not interested in arguing fiction.

You’ve expressed strong opinions—fair enough. But let’s not pretend they’re objective truth. You cite Biden’s foreign policy as disastrous, yet you skip over the chaos left behind by Trump's administration that struck a deal with the Taliban and tied the hands of its successor. Yes, the Afghanistan withdrawal was painful, but the war itself was a 20-year bipartisan failure. Selective outrage doesn’t make for sound analysis.

I never claimed Biden’s military record was flawless. I said he left it in a stable condition—factually accurate by any reasonable measure. You pointed out real criticisms, but they don’t erase the contrast with what we’re seeing now.

And that’s the real issue here, isn’t it? We’re not talking about policy missteps—we’re talking about a president who openly defies the Constitution, was found liable by a federal judge, and continues to rally behind authoritarian rhetoric. That’s not spin. That’s the court record.

If anyone’s “burning the world,” it’s the one promising to end all wars on Day One while praising dictators, undermining NATO, and suggesting retribution as national policy. That’s not hyperbole. That’s on tape.

And spare me the TDS deflection—it’s the last refuge of someone who can’t defend the indefensible. I’m not inventing anything. I’m just pointing out what’s already in the headlines. If that stings, maybe it’s not the messenger that’s the problem.

Tied the hands??? Are you delusional??? Biden was the president of the UNITED STATES FFS!! THE MOST POWERFUL PERSON ON THE PLANET! A withdrawal from Afghanistan wasn't codified law. He eliminated all the other Trump policies! He deliberately ignored his generals. If you're telling us that Biden, as president, couldn't adjust windage and elevation then he didn't understand the authority granted to him by constitutional law or too weak and didn't belong in the oval office. As time went on we found that to be the correct assessment.

You're clearly fired up—but let’s untangle emotion from reality for everyone else following along.

Yes, Biden was president when the withdrawal happened. But let’s not pretend he inherited a clean slate. The Trump administration signed the Doha Agreement with the Taliban in early 2020—committing the U.S. to withdraw all troops by May 2021. That deal excluded the Afghan government, freed 5,000 Taliban fighters, and gave the Taliban legitimacy on the world stage. By the time Biden took office, there were only about 2,500 U.S. troops left in Afghanistan, and the Taliban had been gaining ground for months. Biden honored Trump's deadline of May and followed through on Trump's promises.

Could Biden have scrapped the deal? Sure—but doing so would’ve meant surging troops back in to restart a war Trump publicly declared he was ending. After 20 years, no popular support, and a hollowed-out Afghan military, that wasn’t just a policy choice—it was a political and logistical landmine.

And on your claim that Biden “ignored his generals”: multiple senior military leaders publicly stated they provided options—not ultimatums. Ultimately, civilian leadership makes the final call, as it should in any democracy. Was it clean and pristine? No, the Taliban, the one Trump promised things to, deliberately targeted the withdrawal despite an agreement to allow the withdrawal of US troops without opening fire.

You ask why he didn’t reverse that deal if he had the power. But where was this concern when Trump reversed far more urgent norms—like cozying up to dictators, withholding military aid to extort an ally, or mishandling classified intel? That silence says a lot.

You can blame Biden all you want, but don’t erase the conditions set in motion before he stepped into office. That’s not delusion—that’s sequence, context, and consequence.

So if Biden is to blame for not reversing a bad Trump policy, what does that say about the policy—and the man who made it?

The difference between me and you is that I will give an honest opinion. I have always criticized Trump for even considering withdrawing from Afghanistan. That idea, IMHO, was a mistake of epic proportions. It was a huge mistake on so many levels. I felt really bad for all the girls and women who had their lives torn apart.

The DOHA agreement was predicated on strict conditions that weren’t met during the Biden Administration. Trump has repeatedly stated that he would never have given up Bagram air base because of its strategic location to China. Trump released 5000 terrorist, huge mistake. Biden and his crew didn’t fully understand the substance of the DOHA agreement.
Nope, you’re wrong. NATO countries still had adequate troops in Afghanistan. Bagram air base would have continued to support Afghan forces with air and ground cover to keep the Taliban in check. Trump also wanted to establish a co-op government with the Taliban.

Milley and McKenzie both testified before congressional hearings that leaving Afghanistan was a mistake. Strongly suggested leaving at least 2,500 troops and maintaining Bagram air base
You ask why he didn’t reverse that deal if he had the power. But where was this concern when Trump reversed far more urgent norms—like cozying up to dictators, withholding military aid to extort an ally, or mishandling classified intel? That silence says a lot.
Fuckoff with your anti Trump rhetoric. God you’re fucking anal.
You can blame Biden all you want, but don’t erase the conditions set in motion before he stepped into office. That’s not delusion—that’s sequence, context, and consequence.
Had Biden realized the strategic importance of Afghanistan he would have ignored public opinion and did what was of strategic importance and national security. When Biden took office the US military still has a significant foothold in Afghanistan. Biden would have been brilliant, would have come across as a savvy foreign policy expert. He would have convinced me that he was the right guy for the job.
So if Biden is to blame for not reversing a bad Trump policy, what does that say about the policy—and the man who made it?
What does it say about Biden for rushing a withdrawal for political gain and it blew up in his face. To this day we still can’t comprehend the damage that was done. He left billions in military assets to a terrorist organization and left without consulting with our allies.
