Roman

Hey, it's almost Christmas...

And I'm still in the office, and still haven't finished my Christmas shopping! Man, I'm screwed!

May 2003 bring the BEST

Happy new year! Here at work trying valiantly -- well not TOO much -- to finish some shit before year's end.

Hope you all have a nice evening!!

Would someone please tell me why I decided to come into work this week.

No.

Would someone tell me why I decided to come into work this year?

Roman

So...

Does this mean that everyone else except me decided to take the year off?

You serious?!? That's a pretty heavy workload, especially in academia ;) . How do you like the on-line teaching? A friend of mine teaches a Web-based class at the University of Maryland--he keeps complaining that it's MORE work than a traditional classroom course, since on-line students keep e-mailing him at all hours and expect him to respond almost immediately...plus I know a lot of instructors are griping about the pay and copyright issues...

OK, that kind of talk is getting too serious, I know!

It is a heavy workload, I have four in the fall and spring and five in the winter. The on-line is overload every quarter which means that I get extra for the class. And your friend is right, and that is a common complaint. The kids take the on-line class, don't know enough about computers to even log on to the web site - go figure. And they call and e-mail to the point that it drives you crazy. We had a course in on-line teaching, the guy who wrote the book for it was out of his mind. He wrote that one prof could teach an unlimited amount of students on-line. Just what the administrators want to hear. It will never replace what goes on in the classroom, they get so much more that it is not even close to the same experience. Not much different than sending them home to read the book and take the tests...........the fucking bandwagon.........we're on it! LOL!

Hmmmmmm.....sounds like a way for me to work at home. Do my work on-line and bury my boss with lots of senseless e-mails that make it look like I am actually accomplishing something......

Wonder if they will go for that ????

You're kidding--like you've never gotten up at 1 in the morning, dialed into your office network and then e-mailed someone to make it appear like you're up at all hours to work??? You mean that some people DON'T resort to fraud to display their 'commitment' to their jobs?

BTW, I loved the Dilbert cartoon the other day--when Wallace is told to give his self-evaluation, he writes (I'm paraphrasing here) "Wallace did no work last year, but he's not to be trusted so you can't be sure."

work?

So what's going on you guys - too fucking busy at work? LOL! I know I have been too busy lately. How are you doing?

Well, I am working my ass off this quarter and my marriage is going to hell, but other than that, life is great! LOL!

This is not the best time for me right now. I miss seeing you, so thanks so much for checking on me. I have not been in the mood for posting too much lately. I am so glad to hear that you are fine. Hugs back to you! :rose:

Thanks I needed that!

Thanks, baby! You are just too sweet. I like my av and knew when I saw her that she was the one! LOL! More than anything I love the look on her face, pure sexual pleasure..........

Happy V-day all !

I have been absent for a while here but wanted to wish my fellow screwing off at work denizens a happy, sexual v-day!

Hello ??

Are any of you still posting here, or has the whole bunch gone off to sulk in a corner somewhere? Maybe gotten all devoted to toil?? I have been busy chasing a will-o-the-wisp -- one of those "play you along" things that makes me a bit cynical about women.
