So you are leaving the rest of us trapped in our offices while *YOU* get to be home. Humphhh.

Weekend *IS* close though, and I will have no papers to grade!! Take that!

Just out of curiosity, do you keep a spare pair of batteries in your glove box?



Think fun thoughts as you work -- helps with work rage as well as road rage. The two are remarkably similar.

I never get work rage! I have a stack of papers to grade. I have a reputation to be very hard on papers so many of my students turn them in early so I can give them some feedback on improvements before I give them a final grade. I also have an on-line class, and access to my work e-mail at home!

I keep my batteries in my purse! Close at hand.......lol!

Think I have told you before that I got very *SICK* of grading papers. Hard to be fair to a stack of 150 of 'em. Unless you go through them again. And again. By that time nausea becomes a occupational hazard. And then there is the politics!

I go through each paper once, I have been teaching for years so I know what I am looking for in an A paper and so on. And since I am at a small two year college I don't have to get into a lot of the politics and I will never venture into administration.

It sounds as if you have things well in hand, so to speak. Enjoy.

I miss the flexible (more or less) schedule but that is about it at this point. But then I am wanting more out of life than I used to -- why?? Am not sure. Age? Maybe.

Well, I don't know about that! I love teaching, I love being in the classroom and I love the kids. There are some negatives to it but there are for everything. I am happy every morning to get up and go into work and that is what it is all about for me.

And I know what you mean about wanting more out of life, life is short and I think we should enjoy our time here while we can, if we can't be happy we are doing something wrong.

Why is it that when someone is going to leave they have to post a thread stating just that ??? Then, after they have had their ego stroked a bunch of times they decide to stay ????

I teach psychology classes and I am at a two year college. It is really a lot of fun. I do go into sexual disorders in my Abnormal Psychology classes -

but, just for you I could arrange some private lessons, we seem to have a mutual interest in masturbation! Maybe you could teach me a few things............or take away my need for masturbation altogether!

Seemed fitting, wolverines are always looking for something to mess with......this one just happens to be resting until the next "victim" (lol)

Trying to build up a folder of my favorite woodland critters, still need a wolf, red fox, grey fox, mountain lion and a river otter. Need a change once and awhile.

I wouldn't want to deprive you or the world of your interest in masturbation--besides which, what would happen to Duracell and EverReady if you no longer had to buy batteries for your commute?

And believe me, I am as willing to be a teacher as a student when it comes to masturbation, and I have plenty of on-the-job training to back it up! (Well, not literally on-the-job--not in the same sense as you, my dear!)
