Screen-page Background color

Can L please consider giving Users the option of a WHITE or BLACK/Color screen background color? Sure would help our old eyes.

I thought there was a "dark mode" skin or something?

Yeah, there is. I found it about five minutes after replying above. It actually tells you how to do it at the top of each story, but you press the 'A' icon and choose dark mode.

It would be nice if there was a dark option also for the forum, my eyes hurt with so much white. Apologies if there is, I checked and both styles are very bright.

There isn't. It's an issue that's been raised many times, but nothing yet. My guess is that the best chance of anything happening is if people just keep on asking.
