I think Lavender is the one that doles out the points, though she is not on the Boards right now. The points are currently being used in the auctions of several Literoticans - Cool Cucumber, TN-Vixen, Problem Child, Angel, and more. If you win a person, you get them for a week. You get points by being creative, zany, whiny, or any other way that Lav deems acceptable. I think nakedness counts.
