SCOTUS watch thread: Trump immunity, Capitol riot defendants, abortion, censorship

Yah, with the ruling every judge will need to pause and review evidence to figure out which bucket it goes in. That's not Cannon's fault.

That's an inference I did not make.

Cannon is biased toward Trump and this just gives her another reason. Like I posted several pages ago when this happened, Thomas gave her the outline of how to approach it. Trump's lawyers took notes, Cannon acquiesced. Like I told you I knew she would.

Yah, Thomas's additional concurrence was excessive.

Cannon has an AFFIRMATIVE DUTY to the Defendant to ensure that he receives all the process he is due.

That she is making sure all her T's are crossed and her i's are dotted doesn't make her "biased" toward anyone. Further, it's the government JOB to ensure that they have all their ducks in a row and can actually bring the charges before being required to prove them.

^^ Will vote for Trump, wants Trump elected, wants to have Project 2025 put into place.

And is lecturing on law and order.

As fucking if.

🤡

If I vote for trump and he's elected, then that's the very definition of law & order. If project 2025 is implemented into statute, obeying it is the definition of law & order. Letting you spew your hate is also the definition of law & order. As is voicing my opposition to your nonsense.

OTOH, it seems as if you want to strip me of my rights, without any due process, and tyrannize me in the name of your ideology. Something which isn't even close to law & order.

When you tell us who you are, I will believe you.

If true and impartial law and order existed in this country, then Trump would either be in prison (where he belongs) or else, declared ineligible from running for office (Which is the very LEAST that should happen, according to the Constitution.)

As for project 2025, Law and order should not equal tyranny and oppression. Thursday was Independence Day- when America fought against Tyranny and established a free and independent country. If Project 2025 ever does get implemented, then 1) it will be against the wishes of the vast majority and 2) therefore the vast majority would be obligated, as true freedom loving patriots, to rise up and fight back against it.

Trump was convicted on 34 counts of felonious bookkeeping. He is awaiting sentencing and, if such a thing happens, you may possibly get your wish to see him behind bars. HOWEVER, it ain't over until the appeals are final and I'm thinking you'll be foaming at the mouth and slinging spittle if those convictions are tossed.

The rest of your drivel isn't worth discussing because it's just more of the same IGNORANT BULLSHIT you usually spout.

Derpy thinks he knows more than Luttig.

😄

<-- knows.

That you somehow believe someone you've never spoken with is "smart" merely because you can retweet something they say only proves how dumb both of you are.
