Listening to oral arguments the obstruction of a government proceeding is going to be very streamlined and ruled not applicable to J6 individuals charged for the catch all statute. The DOJ, like usual, overplayed their authority, I can see class action suit as a result of this ruling.I’m betting that SCOTUS even taking the case it’s gonna be a very trump Christmas.
