Several ideas come to mind.

A time traveler who decides to try and seduce famous/infamous women of history- or men, depending on the main character.

A take-off on Quantum Leap- where you leap every time you orgasm into another body also in that "state."

An alien trying to discover sex- as an added, his penis forms an elongated V shape hence long but narrow at the tip to very wide. Adds possibilities, especially when he doesn't really understand any concept of sex m-f- mm- mff- ect.

Raises several questions. Would the alien males even need penises? Can they cum on command?

Thought of something like this but all of the aliens lay eggs or give birth via parthenogenesis so they are all born female. They either have no sense of sexual intercourse and are intrested in humans strange habits.

Or they have sex only for pleasure and view sex more openly then humans. Would they understand concept such as incest since there is no inbreeding? Human reaction to same gender relationships since there all female. Would they view nudity as we do since there all the same? Would they understand our natural urge for pairing to have and raise children or would they view sex as a more social activity having multiple partners. Would they have marriage or a more friends with benefits culture.

The penis question is interesting.
Animals on Earth should be looked at.
A female frog will secret her seman (a sticky pheromone) from her back waiting for the male to hump her (stays glued to butt until a tadpole is formed).
I think the male genital is retractable, but comes out in mating to claim the female as his own so other frogs will stay away.

This could be similar to the aliens.

Some species of frog will come on command, but it's not birthing cum, but rather a territory cum.
