One thing I have a taste for in general is conflict within a character. Body Control in my opinion is one of the more intense forms of it.
A solid example would be a character wearing a collar that interrupts and manipulates signals from the brain to the body, with the end result that the victim is unable to control their own body, and instead is like a puppet from the neck down.
It's a bit hard to find this material, as it's often considered just a form of mind control, and in some cases it is, like post-hypnotic suggestions. However fetish and fantasy wise the appeals of mind control and body control are two different flavors.
