If any girl/woman/female is curious about the male or at least this male's obsession with "schoolgirl" outfits (you know: the plain white blouse; plaid, pleated, waaaaaay-too-short-to-avoid-male-notice skirts; knee socks), DM me.

I've always wondered why church/private schools make the girls wear those... not complaining...just curious.

My conclusion (and it is not without erotic appeal) was that these institutions are bastions of tradition and socializing the girls into regarding traditionally feminine clothing as the norm for females is (or was) a deliberate decision.

Similarly, it stokes male interest (and not always just in the boys!) which feeds another need (which is either inculcated or inherent, depending on your view--I have my opinion, but no one needs it) among girls for being appreciated for beauty or sex appeal.

Spot on

I am/was a Catholic. Went to an All Boy's high school - so - No Girls. BUT, I do remember the school uniforms from both grade school and high school - since we had an all girls high school that was located near us - and, therefore, 'we boys' saw 'those girls'. This was many years ago - the "70s".

In my honest opinion, the Catholic Church never anticipated that Catholic girls would 'want' to wear those skirts so short, and it was the girls who decided to 'push the envelope' by challenging the "Institution" - it was the 70s. The hierarchy and "celibate" clergy were naive, or dismissive, due to their vows of abstinence - HAHA, and their unwillingness to accept that "The Times, They Are a-Changing". If not, they would have recognized the realities of what ultimately resulted in Propagation of the Faith.

Yes, the "School Uniform", in its shortest form, has become a sexual fetish. It's a signal that the wearer is bucking the norm, and is willing to show what's underneath that plaid skirt.
