That was a great series. Complete fantasy, but Zaxxon's good sense of humor made the stories fun to read. I, too, wish someone would continue his saga!

Actually, I believe he is talking about stealing a character from a Lit author's story.

BTW doughboy, unless an author gets permission, using another writer's character is a copyright infringement.

Yes, I was referring to a series of stories, mostly written by "Zaxxon", about a sexy teacher named Sarah Stevens and others. Some other people added stories featuring the same characters. Some of the stories were pretty clever --fortunately, Zaxxon and the others didn't take their characters or the situations too seriously.

Also, sorry if I gave the wrong impression. I didn't mean to suggest that anyone should "steal" an author's characters or plagiarize his work. But in this case there were at least a couple people who added their own stories featuring the same characters. I think they asked the original writer first, and I seem to remember he even encouraged others to come up with their own storylines.

No - it wasn't. However, quoting Zaxxon himself Thank you to the great authors who have written stories in the world of the 'busty gym teacher series', aka Westville High school series: Leon22, GeorgeTasker, and JohnEvans. These are excellent authors and I highly suggest reading their work last updated 21st September this year. That sounds like open permission to me, but it would be polite to drop a PM asking him.

That it does, and I agree with you that potential other authors should still politely ask Zaxxon if they can continue the series before writing.
