unfortunately, i only have two measley piece of shit tats *sighs*
no money...and i'm being picky about the artist i will use. if i don't like their work, i'm not spending the cash (me thinks i will have to go out of state to get what i want...and most of what i want is going to take several times before they would be complete)

i'd love to see yours up close, and it sounds like you have very interesting, kick ass tats lined up. i'm really jealous of M's though. i love fairies and plan on getting at least two more somewhere on me (probably back and lower right leg)

i also would like to get a dragon on each arm. their tails wrapped around my arm (yes, i know that's gonna hurt like a bitch) and their front claws digging in my shoulders (to look like their sitting on my shoulders and back) and their heads going down towards my chest (yes, they will be big..IF i can ever get them) one fire and the other water (renaissance type looking)

Well, one of the nice things about tattoos is: They're easy to cover up. If you don't like what you have, just have it gone over.

My original ink was all needle and thread nonsense that I did when I was a homeless, punk rock street urchin. It was many years later that I had the money to get professional ones. But they covered the old ones easily.

I love your idea for the dragons. The arms and shoulders are great for displaying duality. You might want to approach a tattooist about it. Often you can span the payments out over the course of the tattooing. My sleeves are costing $1000 a piece, but I've been able to pay $100 here and there as he's been working over the last six months.

that is true. and, i was going to initially have my first one covered up (a fairy in a circle with a bit of tribal type markings on the side) but...i thought it might be a bit hard to do since there is so much black. and, i also decided that, even if it looks like shit, i should keep it. because it was my first, and i'll always remember when i got it, and hubby and i had just started dating. i decided, fuck it. i'll keep it. if anything, it will show others to be picky about who you get your tats from and that, yes...you do have to spend the cash if you want a kick ass tat. you get what you pay for (unless you have a friend or two that happen to be artists and will do it for a lowered cost. that's what i need! hehe)
