Scents men like.....

This is in reference to KillerMuffin's thread about signature scents.
While I personally love bathing in gardenia bath stuff and all that just as much as the next girl, I have never met a man who gets turned on by those sorts of fragrances. And I've read those Cosmo-type articles that suggest wearing perfumes that turn a man on, rather than something you might like just for yourself. Sooooo...

Okay men! What scents turn you on? Perfumes...natural scents...whatever.

Mine like Spicey Vanilla lightly applied. not too strong, but subtle. Hate floral perfumes and believe that anything is terrible when used to bathe in.

Mine hates florals too. He loves musk...any kind. That and my own personal musk...that on his mustache when he goes to work keeps him smiling all day he says

Wonderful scents

I have to say that as far as perfumes go, Amarage and Samsara(?)ladies can help on the spelling of that one(c: are the nicest. They are very sweet perfumes, yet sort of on the musk side. Ok now as far as a womans sent, there is nothing better than the smell of a woman after she has either bathed in bath oils, or used a sweet smelling liquid soap. I know guys do not like really sweet flowery smells, but when you soak those scents upon a woman and sorta thin them out with a womans natural oils, MMMMMMMM it is lovely. OK thats my opinion, I dont know if other guys agree, but so be it (c:

Gotta agree with the general consenus.
- Woman smell
- Clean
- Musk

Other personal favourites would have to be an apple scented shampoo and Mango perfume by The Body Shop. Those have memories attached though so it's probably not the smell that gets me going.

No flowers except maybe vanilla.

If anyone is interested it has been studied and stated that the reason men like the scent of vanilla is because it appeals to our inner childhood memory of mom. Geez!

I do not like something oversweet or overflowery. The number one thing is for the fragrance to be light... I don't want to smell it when she walks by, but it's nice when my face is against her skin.

I tend to like citrus-like or "sporty" unisex types of perfumes.

I would also add that a woman who has bathed with Dove soap smells nice and clean... (i just like it)
