Scat stays on Lit.
I have no idea. I don't generally read them. You'll find them mostly in the Fetish Category.
The Story Search (near the bottom of the story index page) indexes every word in the story at the moment, so if you put in words that might show up in scat stories, you'll probably get a ton of stories that have those words, but no scat play.

There are a handful of scattish stories around Lit. last I looked.
I don't think an intelligent search, as KM claims, will give lots of superfluoushits. I've not seen any at extreme but have looked at only a few dozen (as opposed to a few hundred, here) .
