I'm with AwkwardMD on this one. I think if you pick a real drug you're going to get some people who will object that you are misrepresenting it or its use. If you make something up, you can steer clear of that and you can make it do whatever you want it to. Or just portray the woman as someone who responds to something like, say, alcohol, by loosening up and getting horny.
