You must keep this thread alive, breast cancer is an everyday ordeal, not just a one month long thing. So my vote is an emphatic YES YES YES

I remembr being a kid back in 1972 and my mom and dad sitting me and my sisiter down and telling us our mom had Cancer of te body but it startedin her breast, We didn't understand it at our age then, but I SOOOO SOOOO remember the following years of travels back and forth frm the hoapital an hour away for the chemotherapy sessions once a week, all of her hair falling off the loosing of all her weight. untill finally she was hospitalized, and then it was daily trips to visit her, untill finaly the doctors told my dad that we needed to bring her back home to die basically, the cancer had progressed to far, So we did bring my mom home to the local hospital where 2 months later she died. I remember she was a yellowish tinge due to the cancer pervaiding her whole body including her liver. It is very very hard on a 12 yr old t LITERALY see his mm die, yes I was in the hospital room wih her when she passed on to a better place, it was the only time in the last 2 years or so that I actually saw her in peace and with out pain.
SO PLEASE PLEASE LADIES DO YOURMONTHY CHECK
AND YES GUYS WE NEED TO DO OURS A WELL

Wow. I know its hard, but thank you so much for sharing this. It is stories like this that REALLY make an impact...we can show off our boobs and make light of a serious issue, but its stories like yours that are really important. Thank you so much.
