Mean while the twins woke and where screaming their heads off, their bodies each having become even more swollen over time and with no way to relieve themselves of what they where being forced to hold in the pain was so unbearable they where barely noticing the cum on their breast area until it began soaking into their breast and as it did it made their breast grow even larger so that soon each of the twins breast where now at least 2 cup sizes bigger.
As the twins passed out again from the pain of everything, their breast the only thing remotely giving some relief from the swollenness of them for their breast where very very slowly dripping a milky fluid free but at only maybe 1-5 drops per minuets and really that was driving the girls more mad then anything.
The really bad part right now was Step had no way of knowing where the relief shot was at or due to the fact Anna had told him just to give them a half shot each if the shot would just ware off on it's own before something really bad happened. Luckily Step knew the girls could pretty safely stay bloatedly swollen for up to a week with no harm, and only 2, or was that 4 days had passed. Step would really have no clue all he knew was he could not return to Anna's room at all to ask her.

Stephen watched as Anna give birth to their son. He was so proud as he wrapped up the baby and placed him in a glass cot.

He was ready to help the rest being born when the problem happened. Stephen was at a loss for what to do and when Anna told him to give her the knife and the baby. He did as he was told and left the room.

He could hear the twins screaming but was not in the mood as he sat down outside of Anna's room and waited for however long it needed to be.

He wanted to know that Anna was safe and would not leave the seat outside her room till he knew she was fine.

With no sound coming out from either one web stephen woke up outside of the room. He began to worry.

Walking up to the door his hand rested on the handle. He knew Anna would kill him if he went in early and let to of the door.

He walked down to check on the two twin and entered the room to find....

No sooner had he Step walked maybe 5 feet from the door he would suddenly hear Anna screaming for a brief moment and then silence again.
The twins where still oddly silent.

If Step opened the door he would see Anna laying there blood everywhere. He would also see his first son looking nearly if not fully dead atop of Anna and then on the ground 2 babies joined together by nothing more then a flap of skin both girls. Most important he would see Anna was breathing however very labored.

Now if Step where to go check on the twins he would find them now nearly 7 days later so bloated and swollen they where in fact dieing from not being able to breath. Collectively their bellies and wombs where now looking over 10 months with at least 8 if not 10 babies each and their breast now looked each to be at least 52FFF and that from their normal 36D size, and they where still becoming bigger. It was a side effect of the shot and with the fact the twins where really as pure as one could get even the half shot in each was effecting them as a full shot would effect Anna however neither Anna or Step knew this upon saying and giving the half shot to the twins. So that now if the twins did not get the reverse shot within maybe 24 at most they would die for their bodies would and could no longer handle the building pressure.
