I used to be a doorman at clubs like that, and have witnessed many stampedes at the sound of a gunshot or whatever precipitates them.

This story was my greatest fear realized...

P.S. Worst place to be (as a doorman) in a stampede is the coat-room when the angry mob rushes it reclaim their expensive gear. Some of the worst fights of my life were in that situation. :(
 
But these people dodge bullets everyday to get to the Korner Mart--whether to get an O' E 800 or some pixie sticks.
 
In Canada gunfire means RUN, because usually only one guy has the strap.
 
Yep, gun control doesn't work.

Either take them ALL away from citizenry, or create sensible regulations for responsible people to own them.

Im for the former btw--no guns period is ok by me. Any punk can pull a trigger from a speeding car, it takes more to look someone in the eye and threaten their life.

The Samurai knew gunpowder would be the end of their ways.

Evidently it wasn't the rappers...

Gotta be Ray Lewis, OJ, Barkley, Ruben Patterson, Rodman, Iverson, and Anthony Mason. Doesn't matter, they'll still walk around town in their Velour suits as free men.

Everybody knows when they in tha club. Medjay, NYC already has a DA, they also have a Police Commissioner distributing the rock.

The Gun Control point is this: when the shadowy figure shot the gun that was in C-Murder's hand and killed the 16y/o boy standing 12inches from him, not much panic in the club. Seems like a better answer--I see this catchy bumper sticker everyday "When has a gun control law saved anyone's life?"
With this they have irrefutable evidence that gun control laws directly kill people.

According to Michael Moore's doc "Bowling for Columbine", Canada has just as many handguns per capita as the as the US…

He figured the difference was the siege-mentality that the American media cultivates in its viewers to create ratings—you know that old newsroom saying “if it bleeds, it leads…”

The percentage of violent acts covered by Canadian news outlets was a tiny fraction compared to the regular bloody mayhem on the 6 o'clock news down south.
 
98.3% of killers under 25 have never seen the news. Since this is a statistic I made up and could never prove, I'll extend it to a global scale and to 40000BCE

And I like watching Moore piss-off the security at K-Mart corporate HQ.
 
More linkage, it is dangerous to travel with others--this is especially evidenced after 120+ were killed on the South Korean subway. That added to the 35 killed on the Hindenburg makes it self-evident--to Americans that is a distinction of nonpareil.
