Just curious, I know these awards were transmitted to around 40 countries and I am sure this includes the US, Was his aceptance speach edited out?

He spoke quite eloquently about the criminal election fixing of mr Bush and how the majority of Americans were waiting for a real elected gouv as well as speaking out against the Business interests of war.

I don't know but it was a good speech.

Also, that Spanish or Mexican director made an eloquent speech against war.

But Streep saying spank instead of thank was the funny moment. I'm not sure if it was written as as a joke or a genuin mistake.

I couldn't figure out if he was pro or anti war, though I was stripping off my kit at the time and a little distracted.
