Last night (saturday 26th) I was assaulted on my way home from work, three kids none older than sixteen jumped me from behind pistol whipped me and sprayed MACE in my face, they got away with ten pounds cash and an ATM card that they can't use.

I got away with my life and twelve wounds to the top of my head.













You know what........my sisters idea about emigrating is starting to look good.

Wear a black trenchcoat and black clothing. Lots of chains, Big chains. Wear steel-toed boots. Grow your hair to about shoulder long and slick it back. Carry a walking stick, preferrably with a skull on the top of it. When you're walking alone, think about all the things in the world that piss you off, your expression will get nastier and more dangerous by at least five degrees. I guarantee people will Not bother you.

Just so you know man, I'm not trying to make fun of you or your situation.. That's total fucking bullshit. But I used to get the shit kicked out of me once or twice a week by a gang in the city I used to live in, so I've had some experience with how to avoid that sort of thing.

The best defense is to be alert when you are in dangerous situations (such as walking alone at night). Never daydream or be preoccupied. Always have your eyes and ears open and alert.

I have a friend who used to live in NY and she said she would mutter to herself like a crazy person, throwing her arms around and screaming occassionally, when walking alone at night. Most people do not want to come near somebody who's nuts because they are unpredictable in their behavior.

That's basically what I'm saying Rubyfruit. Nobody wants to fuck with crazy people. If you saw a guy walking down the road dressed like I described, with a look on his face like he'd rather kill you than say hello to you, would YOU want to try and fuck with him?

Even a gun isn't of much use when you're jumped from behind& blinded by three guys with mace & a pistol.

Tall dogs work well.Great Danes & Mastiffs. Most people are intimidated by dogs that are above waist high. It's much harder to sneak up on the dog, too.

You might consider a martial arts course. It will give you a work out, stress-management, self-confidence, & the abillity to react to that kind of dangerous situation.
