I'm back to watching my points again after a day of eating out with family. I had breakfast out yesterday and lunch. VERY unusual for me. I feel like I've been overly salted.

I'm eating my 2 point waffles, spread with 1 TBSP. of peanut butter and I open up Lit to see what's new...

Favorite fast food? aaaaahhhhhhh... *sigh*

I try to live by an 80/20 rule...anything more than that and I find healthy eating plans to hard to follow for the long haul BUT man...it is hard going back on the wagon after a day like yesterday.

If it's any consolation, your waffles and peanut butter, or a Lean Cuisine microwave meal, is actully faster than any of the fast food mentioned on that other thread-- sometimes even if you have to go buy it first.

I quit watching t.v. in the evening hours because I noticed how many fast food commercials were playing. Talk about visual cues!

I like lean cuisine. I do try and save those for busy days though as they are higher in salt than I normally would fix. I try to make my own low-fat dinners and freeze in single serving portions.

Today...I'm making homemade soft pretzels for quick snacks.
