I like it! Totally original yet tastefully depraved.

The setting is excellent, but of course that is not enough. We need the element of drama. What will provide the conflict? An elf who hoards the sex toys for himself? One who is addicted to orgasms? An elf who has an unrequited love for another elf? Or for Santa (or his missus) himself? A frigid elf who is expected to test the merchandise? An elf who would rather be a dentist (or maybe a gynecologist) than a toy-tester? There must be a problem to be solved for a story to get any traction.

Well, that and lots of good stroke-worthy sex, but that's the easy part.

PS - it also needs a good catchy title.

for conflict, how about they spend so much time testing that Santa is worried that he might not be ready in time?

Maybe the elves are slowly going blind, and Santa has the dickens of a time figuring out why. Until he catches them in the act.......

I originally thought that this was a promotion for a sex toy store, but I'm sure that there can be many versions of this story, (and that 'North Pole' references can be worked in somewhere).
