Hey, by the way, what's your go-to Chinese order for Christmas? I'm craving Chinese and I need order inspiration.

I usually get a noodle dish, and a spicy chicken dish, and something else saucy (because I love putting saucy things over my rice...and, of course, I am quite saucy myself)
But for specifics, I have none (now that the place near me puts broccoli in their General Gau's...)

What the what? Is that a thing? I don't think I've ever had broccoli in that. There's a fantastic Sichuan place that opened up here in the past year or so, pretty much the most authentic stuff I've had (which is bizarre, considering where I live), and theirs only has chicken/sauce/chili peppers. I mean, General Gau's is Americanized or whatever but still... They have the best dandan noodles, oh god. Oh god. The craving intensifies.
