I would like to write a story about Salma Hayek.
But can you just write a porn story about a celebrity or
do you have to take in account some legal restrictions on that.

Go ahead and write it.

Literotica has a little note attached to every "celebrities" story that says that the story has been written *without* permission from the celebrity.

If you do get legal permission, then GOOD FOR YOU! = ) But I highly doubt that that is very likely.

Don't worry about getting sued or anything, though, because I believe Literotica would be held responsible rather than you, personally.

DISCLAIMER:

The stories in the "Celebrity" section of Literotica are all fictional parodies - none are true, nor are they approved of by the celebrities named in the stories. Authors write these fictitious stories about famous people for the same reason that Larry Flynt made fun of Jerry Falwell, because they can. The Supreme Court of the United States, the country where this site is located, has ruled that parodies involving famous people are perfectly and totally legal under the United States Constitution. The specific case law on this was decided in the case of "Hustler Magazine, Inc. et al. v. Jerry Falwell" in 1988. No harm is intended toward the celebrities featured in these stories, but they are public figures and in being so, they must accept that they are fair target for parodies by the public. We believe in the first amendment, and more broadly, in the basic principle of free speech and this section may push the boundaries of that principle, but the United States Supreme Court has approved of this type of material. We believe that the Supreme Court was correct in their decision.

The link should be a "must read" for any Lit celeb author.

nah...it wasn't me, i don't think....but hey i don't remember *everything* i say

I thought it was Linnet who claimed Lit won't allow "extreme" celeb stories. I asked her what (if anything) Laurel said to her about it and she never replied to me.

So, who knows...

I don't recall the thread but someone was saying something about having a celeb non-consent story refused. One of the founts of wisdom (chicklet being the most beautiful of them) noted that there was some precedent for why Laurel wouldn't accept celeb non-consent.

If I mistook anyone else for you, it must have been because I was wondering when your next story would be posted

humbly yours

I don't have a non-consensual thing in mind, so that would be no problem,

Something like this,

Salma is a guest at a fashion show in Las Vegas, she likes a
dress and the designer gives her a private meeting, to try some
dresses, he helps her out her dress and in his dress, and then
Salma gives some signs, ... and he gives in to her.

at Lit , the answer is Laurel and her crack team of editors decide where to draw the line, to avoid them being sued.

remember...you don't just submit a story and boom it comes up...Laurel reads each story herself to make sure it conforms to the rules (not horrible spelling and grammar, no one under 18, etc). Fin, you can certainly write it, but you won't be able to post it here....from what I understand while *technically* celeb non consent is protected under the same lawsuit cited in every celeb story, Laurel has decided that it's too much of a gray area. I'm sure if you want more clarification she'd be happy to explain :)

Yeah, so she puts on this dress. It doesn't fit so good, so the designer has to change some little things.

You know like: tug a little bit here, add another stitch over there, accidently touch her breasts ...

Also: maybe it's a very warm day, so Salma doesn't wear a bra (and maybe also no panties). She goes into another room to change into the dress, then she goes back to the designer, wearing only the dress. But she didn't notice how thin the fabric of the dress was. The designer can see her nipples and her pussy through the fabric ...

Or: the dress is very short. The designer tells Salma to stand on a chair, so that he can do some changes to the seam of the dress. So he is sitting under her and can look right under her skirt from below ....

Yes, we're on the same level, I let her wearing a bra and panties, cause I think that's sexy, but the dress needs some adjustments,
meanwhile he touches her breasts, it's a hot day, he works around her breasts, touches them ... Salma just dumped her boyfriend and hasn't had any for a while, and this muscular man moves all over her and she heats up, wanting him, she goes to another room to change the dress and he walks in, continuing his work but stitching another thing.
