Makoto's powers revolve around thunder and nature....her final ability in the series is Oak Evolution, which consists or energy leaves that slam into the target

before that, there's Thunder Crash, Thunder Dragon, and a few others i don't remember

none of the inner senshi have weapons in the anime...they might in the manga, i'm not sure...but she uses lightning in her attacks...each of the inner senshi use an elemental power
