If I'm no tmistaken, it's one of those types that one can pull through relatively scot free if you're lucky.

Nothing else I can do, than send my sincerest wish for the best possible outcome, and wish you patience in the meantime. :rose:

I will happily send you positive thoughts and I will keep you and your family in my prayers. :rose:

Really sorry to hear that. My mother got the same double whammy (actually triple--skin cancer too) but managed to make it into her late 80s. Hope the best for your mother.

Sarah, This is pretty treatable and pretty curable, especially if found in a routine colonoscopy. My 85 year old mother in law had an operation and came through it fine and doesn't have to have any chemo; and one year later, they say she is cancer free. I've known others that just have to take a pill for year. Just stick by her side through it and look the other way when she gets a little cranky. If she can get through the breast cancer, she'll breeze right through this one. Good luck to all of you.
